Maybe it is a metaphor or maybe not. Maybe it is just about some poor fool that went and let the dogs out, spoiling the party.
It happens all the time, you are partying like it’s 1999 with some gals and your mates and someone goes and let the dogs out… which is a drag cause you have to go and get them back…Typical.
